At GetMints, customer happiness matters! If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (food items), returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Opened or used tins cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

💲 Return Shipping Fee

A $10 return shipping fee applies for all change-of-mind returns for Australian orders, $15 for New Zealand orders, and $25 globally.

🔄 Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking/inspection fee applies to cover handling and quality checks.

🛠 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect

Let us know within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
