1. Overview

This website is operated by Get Mints (“we/us/our”). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

2. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your state/territory to purchase. You must not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or introduce malicious code.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

We may accept or refuse any order. If we make a change or cancel, we’ll try to notify you via the email/phone provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia using Sendle/AusPost (standard service).
  • Free shipping on orders $50+; a flat $7.50 shipping fee applies below $50.
  • Typical delivery timeframes are shown at checkout; these are estimates only.
  • Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to your address or collection point you nominate.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure you’re entitled to a refund or replacement; for minor failures we may repair or replace within a reasonable time.

7. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Promotions and codes (e.g., free shipping or %-off) are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may have minimum spend, expiry dates, or exclusions. We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

8. Content, Reviews & Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, graphics, text, product imagery) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by IP laws. You must not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers, Meta/Facebook for ads/analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We’re not responsible for third-party websites or materials.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including how we share certain data with Shopify, shipping providers, and Meta/Facebook for advertising and measurement.

12. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue the site (or any part) without notice. We’re not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, except as required by law.

13. Warranties & Liability (ACL)

Except as required by the ACL, the Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the ACL.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than for personal injury, death, or liability that cannot be excluded:

  • Our aggregate liability for loss arising in connection with the Service or products is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, and
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profit), except where not permitted by law.

14. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the site to violate laws, infringe IP rights, harass others, submit false information, upload malware, collect others’ personal information without consent, or interfere with security features.

15. Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced form the entire agreement between you and us for the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
